What is my password?

Your password is emailed to you the first time you use our services. Which may be to order a company Credit Report or document such as accounts. Also if you add a company to monitor. This email will say " Welcome please activate your account."

How do I change my registered user details?

Login as normal using your email address and password and the click on 'My Profile'. You can then change any of your details. If you change your email address, you will be required to activate it. For more information please see Email Activation.

Can I change my password?

Why does your system require a complex password?

To prevent fraud or misuse of your account we require you to choose a suitable password that reduces the risk of someone defrauding you by guessing your password. Please choose a secure password of at least 6 digits and a mixture of letters and numbers.
Random3107 would be a good example of a secure password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, this can be done in the My Profile area. Alternatively by calling us on +44 (0)1372 897172 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm.

How do I update my credit card details?

Credit card details can be edited at the Checkout. Simply process your order as usual and at the Payment stage you can either choose to use a previous card or type in the details of a new payment credit or debit card.
