Creating and activating your account

How do I open an account?

If you intend to pay as you go, there is no need to open an account, you're login is created as part of the checkout process. Simply add your items to basket and companies to monitor and you will be prompted to enter your email address. We will then send you an email containing a link to activate your account and a password to login to your account.

How do I activate my account?

You must verify your email address before we can send you any reports. After placing your first order on we will send you a welcome email containing your Login details and an ´email verification link´. In order to gain access to your documents, you must click this link to verify your email address and activate your account. You will not be able to access your reports and documents nor receive monitor alerts until your email address has been verified.

I have not received my activation link

Please go to your emails and check your junk folder or spam filter, regrettably it may have been filtered by your email provider.

Can you send me a new activation link?

Yes, simply login and follow the instructions in your account or click here to get a new activation link. You will need to enter your email address. If you are still having problems, please send us an email from the address you log in to the website with, and on receipt of that email we can verify your address, and manually activate the account for you.

My activation link isn't working

If when you click the activation link, an error message displays, please follow the on screen instructions where you will be able to re-send your email activation instructions. If in doubt, please contact the office.
