Where are my documents stored?
Document images and company Credit Reports are stored in the My Companies area of your account. You must be logged in to view your documents online.
How do I edit my monitoring settings?
Monitoring settings are edited within your Companies area. Find the company you wish to edit the settings for, click ´edit´ and choose from the variety of monitor alerts available.
I have logged in to My Reports but can´t view my documents?
Have you activated your account by verifying your email address?
The first time you register your email address with us, we send an activation link to the email address provided. You must click this link in order to verfiy your email address. Once verified you can view, print and download all documents in the My Reports area.
Your order may have been referred for manual intervention
On occasion, it is necessary for us to contact you to authorise your payment details. Reasons for this can be:
- seperate multiple transactions carried out over a short period of time
- multiple declined payment card transactions
- director report purchases
If the payment is referred, you will be contacted within 30 minutes during office hours 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, please allow up to 5 hours. If you need your reports urgently, please email [email protected] and write "Urgent" in the header. Otherwise call 00 44 (0)1372 897172. Phone lines are open 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Can I delete companies from my monitor list?
Yes, simply click the ´edit´ link next to the company and then click the ´remove´ button.
